Welcome to Blu Honor Club. By accessing this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1.1 Responsible Company

This website is operated by Del Carmen Services, located at 17 Father Redmond Way, Etobicoke, ON, M8W 0B4, Canada (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the company”).

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to the use of this website or a purchase made through it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ontario, Canada.

1.3 Purchase Conditions

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, when required, will be displayed at checkout.
By completing an order, you confirm that the shipping and payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud, system errors, or product unavailability.
Your order is acknowledged through an order confirmation email. The issuance of this confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

1.4 Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order (see Section 1.5), an order cannot be canceled once it has entered production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hola@soymamablu.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been submitted for production.

1.5 Made-to-Order Products (Print on Demand)

All Blu Honor Club products are individually produced using a print-on-demand model through our production and fulfillment provider, Printful. This means that:

Each item is produced specifically for your order once your purchase has been confirmed.
We do not maintain pre-produced physical inventory.
Production and shipping times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Because these products are made to order, the specific return conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy apply.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Del Carmen Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or any other intangible loss.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in Ontario or Canada.

1.7 Delays Due to External Circumstances

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, force majeure events, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and work with our fulfillment provider to resolve the situation.

1.8 Pricing or Website Information Errors

We make every effort to keep the information on our website—including prices, descriptions, and images—accurate and up to date. However, typographical or system errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price or description after you have placed an order, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

1.9 Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, designs, logos, images, graphics, and the “Blu Honor Club” brand concept—is the property of Del Carmen Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
